Do you have After Pay?

Sorry say, but at this stage we do not offer After Pay. Please check back regularly as After Pay is something we are most definitely looking into. 

Can I Layby?

You most certainly can! All Laybys are done within store

All laybys require a minimum deposit of 25% of the total price and will remain in store and the property of Villa 34 until the goods are paid in full.

Villa 34 offers a three month layby term, after which if the goods are not paid in full, will be returned to the store floor and the deposit will be forfeited.

Your deposit will be kept by Villa 34 to cover our administration time in setting up the layby, contacting you for payments and returning the goods to the store.

I seen something I love on Instagram but cannot find it in your online store to purchase.

If you see something you love on Instagram or Facebook and would like to purchase or find out more about it, please contact us

Do you have more stock instore?

Our online store is just a small sample of what Villa 34 stocks in our stores. A lot of our items are one off so we do not put them up online.

How much do you charge for postage and shipping within Australia?

Why can furniture only be collected in store? Can I purchase online and have it shipped to me within Australia?

At this stage, our larger items purchased online can only be collected from our Store,

If you need assistance with transporting your purchase within the Riverland region, please contact us and we will help out with organising a delivery option for you.

 I live outside of Australia but want to purchase something from your website?

If you live outside of Australia and see something you love and want to purchase, please contact us through our socials or email villa34living@gmail.com and we will work with you to see if there is a suitable way to ship the items you love to you.

I have a Gift Certificate, can I use it online to purchase?

Please contact us through our socials, or email villa34living@gmail.com if you have a gift certificate that you would like to use online.

Once we have your gift certificate information, we will be able to send you a code to use at the checkout when you are completing your purchase.

My order doesn’t look exactly like the picture online.

All of our products are handmade and unique which is what makes them so special. While there may be slight variations from item to item, we pride ourselves on listing any unique qualities, differences in our descriptions under the products. If you have any doubt or require further information, please contact us before you purchase.

Where do you source your products from?

The majority of our clothing and homewares are hand sourced in Bali. We pride ourselves on sourcing unique pieces and work with small local families rather than giant warehouses.

We have been travelling to Bali for over 20 years and in the last five years have been sourcing for Villa 34. We have built strong relationships with the makers, suppliers and families of our home wares and are confident that our products are Child Free Labour goods that are ethically sourced.

We have wonderful tailors that we have worked with for years who produce our own clothing line “Sjanuee” Our tailors operate small family owned businesses and do not mass produce products.
