SHIPPING

Villa 34 posts Australia wide using Australia Post’s postal service for all our orders.

Shipping is calculated at the checkout before you purchase and is dependent on the weight of your purchase. 

Villa 34 aims to please and in most cases will process and post your order on the day of receiving your order, depending on the time of day. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and posted on the next business day.

If for any reason Villa 34 is unable to process your order, you will be notified within two business working days.

Please note that at the moment shipping is only available Australia wide. We are working on being able to provide our International customers with a shipping option so please check back regularly to see when we have it up and running.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Shipment invoices with your tracking number are sent within 48 hours of your order being placed.

If for whatever reason you have not received your tracking number and order confirmation, first please check your junk mail, and if you still have not received it, please contact us at villa34living@gmail.com

Using your tracking number you can keep track of your parcel to see where it is in transit.

Please note Villa 34 is not responsible for loss or damage if incurred during the shipping process of your order once we have dispatched with Australia Post.

Delivery times may vary depending on your area and are subject to Australia Posts terms and conditions. By finalising your order you accept this shipping service at your own risk.

 

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning your order back to Villa 34. All shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

It is your responsibility to provide Villa 34 with a correct and secure postal address for delivery, with a detailed description of your instructions for your order if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Please note, Villa 34 will not accept responsibility for lost parcels and for all orders that require re-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you, a delivery fee will be charged. Please double check all your information and supply Villa 34 will the most accessible address to help get your package to you on time before you proceed to finalise your order.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

At this stage Villa 34 only ships Australia wide. However, if you are overseas and see something you love, please contact us

We will do our best to work our options to ship the item you love to you. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Here at Villa 34 we love our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We encourage you to choose mindfully when you are completing your order to ensure you absolutely love what you are purchasing.

If you find you are unhappy with your purchase from Villa 34, we will gladly accept the return of the item within 10 business days of date of purchase, for an exchange or store credit to use at a later date. All items returned are to be in the same condition they were purchased, unworn and unused, with tags attached to be eligible for an exchange or credit. If more than 10 business days have passed, regrettably Villa 34 is unable to offer you an exchange or store credit.

Please note there are no returns for SALE or DISCOUNTED items. All SALE and DISCOUNTED items purchased are a final sale. Villa 34 does not offer exchanges or store credit for SALE and DISCOUNTED items.

RETURNING ITEMS

Items must be returned within 10 business days of date of purchase.

Please email Villa 34 at villa34living@gmail.com to arrange the next steps of your return. We will require your order number, date of purchase and if you would like an exchange or store credit to use at a later date.

Please note, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of any unwanted items.  Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Villa 34 regrettably will not be able to process your return if the item is not received, so we recommend using a trackable service or registered post for peace of mind.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Once Villa 34 receives your returned item/s, their condition will be assessed. Please allow 10 business days for this process.

Villa 34 reserves the right to decline an exchange or store credit of your return of the item/s if we have reason to believe that you have damaged, used or worn an item and therefore does not meet the requirements of our returns policy.  If your return is declined, Villa 34 will offer you the option of having your items returned to you at your own cost.

We encourage you to email Villa 34 at villa34living@gmail.com before returning your item to avoid disappointment.

If your returned item is accepted, you will have the choice to exchange or receive a store credit, minus the original shipping costs and charges. Please inform us of your preference when returning the item/s.

You will be notified by email once Villa 34 has processed your return to inform you of the outcome.

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT

Villa 34 is happy to offer exchanges or store credit for unwanted item/s if they are returned within 10 business days of purchase, providing you meet our requirements in our returns policy.

Please contact Villa 34 at villa34living@gmail.com to let us know what item/s you wish to exchange your original purchase for.

Please note Villa 34 can only offer exchanges if the item is still in stock. Due to the uniqueness, small and limited quantities of our items, Villa 34 cannot guarantee that your preferred exchange item will be available and are only able to offer exchanges if we have the item in stock. In the event that the item you wish to exchange for is no longer available, Villa 34 can offer you a store credit to the value of your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs.

Please note that all shipping and handling costs associated with sending out your new item will be at your cost and not at the expense of Villa 34.

If you prefer a store credit on your approved returned item/s, you will be able to use the store credit for your next purchase at our Online Store, our Mermaid Beach Store or our Barmera Store. Please contact Villa 34 at villa34living@gmail.com to receive our store locations.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

Villa 34 takes great pride in sourcing quality products and we take great pride in packing your orders so that your correct item/s arrives safely. In the rare event that you do not receive the item/s you ordered or your item/s is faulty, please email Villa 34 at villa34living@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item/s and a full description of the fault.

Villa 34 will assess each case carefully and if your item/s are faulty or are not what you ordered Villa 34 will reimburse you for all postage costs. Upon return of the faulty or incorrect item/s, Villa 34 will arrange a replacement of the item/s, if still available, or offer a full refund.

Please note the majority of our homewares and clothing is handmade and unique with some of the furniture in vintage condition. While Villa 34 takes careful measures to check all items for flaws, in some occasions colour differences, markings and shapes can be present. Villa 34 aims to list all character traits of the items in the product description and we encourage you to contact us at villa34living@gmail.com if you are unsure or require further clarification before you commit to your purchase.

Villa 34 reserves the right to decline exchanging or refunding your item/s if we deem appropriate measures were taken to inform you of unique differences, colour variations or minor shape variations.
